Accordingly, 3 industrial clusters have a total area of ​​about 165.5 ha. attracting about 200-350 Enterprises to invest with a total estimated capital of 800 million USD, creating jobs for thousands of laborers in the locality and neighboring areas.

Tan Phu 1 industrial cluster is located in the administrative boundaries of Dong Cao and Tan Phu communes, Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen province covering the area of ​​74.5 hectares with a total project investment capital of 496,016 million VND. Tan Phu 2 industrial cluster is located in the administrative boundaries of Dong Cao and Tan Phu communes, Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen province covering the area of ​​56.5 hectares with a total project investment capital of 403,383 million VND. Luong Son industrial cluster - Song Cong city is located in Luong Son ward, Song Cong city, Thai Nguyen province covering the area of ​​34.5 hectares with a total project investment capital of 301,688 million VND. The planned location of industrial clusters is adjacent to the 47m planned route and the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen highway, the National Highway 3, so it is very convenient for external traffic with adjacent provinces.

It is expected that by 2022, the technical infrastructure system of industrial clusters will be completed, handed over and put into operation, project settlement and investment attraction.

Faced with this opportunity and challenge, SAIGONTEL, with its experience and network of promotion relations together with Microsoft (the US leading technology corporation in the field of software copyright, computer and artificial intelligence technology) and NGS partner (Microsoft's leading partner in providing and implementing solutions) to become strategic consultants, invest in technology infrastructure to help Ba Ria Vung Tau quickly completing the smart city construction target; In addition, SAIGONTEL also cooperates with PwC Vietnam Co., Ltd (a member of PwC company - one of the four leading strategic consulting and auditing firms in the world). With experience in most business fields, including IT, PwC Vietnam plays the role of SAIGONTEL's strategic consulting partner in project feasibility study, planning and strategy development of Smart City model in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

In the morning of December 7^th , 2020, with the approval and support of Ba Ria Vung Tau People's Committee, the Department of Information and Communications in collaboration with the Department of Education and Training of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province officially organized an online meeting with the alliance of SAIGONTEL - Microsoft Vietnam - NGS and PwC Vietnam Co., Ltd. to understand the current state of technology infrastructure and Smart City development orientation.

There was online attendance of Mr. Le Viet Trung - Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications, chairman of the meeting; Mr. Nguyen Kim Khanh – Director of Department of Education and Training; Mr. Nguyen Dang Khoa - Deputy General Director of SAIGONTEL Company.

There was also online attendance of Representatives of Microsoft VN’s the Board of Directors were Mr. Pham The Truong - General Director of Microsoft VN and heads of departments/divisions; On the side of PwC Vietnam Co., Ltd, there was attendance of Mr. Tran Giang - Smart City Consultant. There are also other members of the strategic consultancy group.

At the meeting, SAIGONTEL, with advantages and experience in the Telecommunication and Technology field along with a network of major partners in this field, cooperates with Microsoft VN and PwC VN to offer solutions, structures to build an overall smart city and at the same time proposing the implementation of core component solutions including: e-government, Smart Education and Smart Health with Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

Ba Ria Vung Tau’s developed infrastructure and synchronous transportation system has created many breakthroughs. Therefore, Ba Ria - Vung Tau is built as a smart city at this time which is a smart choice to help the city move to a smart city, planning, managing and operating the city effectively, bringing the green, convenient, prosperous and connected life to people. In addition, building a smart education award also contributes to reform the quality of teaching and learning and creating high-quality human resources for the country. This will be a launch pad to promote socio-economic development of the province.

The meeting is summarized that the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Department of Information and Communications and the Department of Education and Training of highly appreciated the solution to build and develop a smart city and pledged to cooperate and implement the plan to build and develop the project.

On September 22^nd, 2020, the Management Board of Hi-Tech Parks and Da Nang Industrial Parks organized an Ceremony of awarding Investment Registration Certificate for SAIGONTEL's hi-tech factory project in the industrial zone under Da Nang Hi-Tech Park. The first phase of the project has a scale of 15ha with total investment of 600 billion VND.

Da Nang Hi-tech Park is one of three national key high-tech parks with completed technical infrastructure, an extremely convenient location for trade activities, with the focal point connecting the major traffic point such as Da Nang international airport (22km), Tien Sa port system (25km), Lien Chieu port (6km) and only 30 minutes away from the city center.

SAIGONTEL hi-tech factory located in the ​​Da Nang hi-tech production area are designed according to modern standards, flexible area from 5,000 - 20,000m² with full accompanying ancillary works, office system fully equipped with facilities to serve the needs of high-tech manufacturing enterprises. Besides ready-built factories, the project also has factory built at the investors’ request.

As a unit that has a long-term cooperation with Da Nang Investment Promotion Agency (IPA Da Nang) in promoting the Da Nang investment environment to investors as well as coordinating to organize promotion and support activities for domestic and foreign investment enterprises, for this project, SAIGONTEL will also be the representative unit to promote attractive investment incentive policies and prompt and professional public services for Da Nang Hi-Tech Park investors to high-tech manufacturing enterprises and at the same time support investors in the investment registration process in Da Nang hi-tech park.

After coming into operation, SAIGONTEL plans to provide other value-added services such as investment consulting, design and construction consulting, job introduction, environmental sanitation, in addition to providing factory and office services for lease.Thereby it met the investors ‘diverse demands when coming to Da Nang Hi-Tech Park, supporting production and business activities of enterprises in Da Nang Hi-Tech Park.
