ISSUING CERTIFICATE OF INVESTMENT REGISTRATION FOR DA NANG HI-TECH PARK PROJECT OF SAIGON TELECOMMUNICATION & TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION (SAIGONTEL)

On September 22^nd, 2020, the Management Board of Hi-Tech Parks and Da Nang Industrial Parks organized an Ceremony of awarding Investment Registration Certificate for SAIGONTEL's hi-tech factory project in the industrial zone under Da Nang Hi-Tech Park. The first phase of the project has a scale of 15ha with total investment of 600 billion VND.

Attending the ceremony, there were the attendance of Mr. Ho Ky Minh - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, Executive Management Board of Da Nang Hi-Tech Park Management Board, leaders’ representatives of the Departments, Boards, branches, investment promotion agencies and SAIGONTEL’s representatives.

Da Nang Hi-tech Park is one of three national key high-tech parks with completed technical infrastructure, an extremely convenient location for trade activities, with the focal point connecting the major traffic point such as Da Nang international airport (22km), Tien Sa port system (25km), Lien Chieu port (6km) and only 30 minutes away from the city center.

SAIGONTEL hi-tech factory located in the Da Nang hi-tech production area are designed according to modern standards, flexible area from 5,000 - 20,000m² with full accompanying ancillary works, office system fully equipped with facilities to serve the needs of high-tech manufacturing enterprises. Besides ready-built factories, the project also has factory built at the investors’ request.

As a unit that has a long-term cooperation with Da Nang Investment Promotion Agency (IPA Da Nang) in promoting the Da Nang investment environment to investors as well as coordinating to organize promotion and support activities for domestic and foreign investment enterprises, for this project, SAIGONTEL will also be the representative unit to promote attractive investment incentive policies and prompt and professional public services for Da Nang Hi-Tech Park investors to high-tech manufacturing enterprises and at the same time support investors in the investment registration process in Da Nang hi-tech park.

After coming into operation, SAIGONTEL plans to provide other value-added services such as investment consulting, design and construction consulting, job introduction, environmental sanitation, in addition to providing factory and office services for lease.Thereby it met the investors ‘diverse demands when coming to Da Nang Hi-Tech Park, supporting production and business activities of enterprises in Da Nang Hi-Tech Park.
