*Bac Ninh Branch:

There is a lot of cuteness in the Bac Ninh branch. In order to properly prepare for the March 8^th celebration party, the male staff members grilled meat, prepared the party and then personally prepared flowers for the female employees. That made 22 female employees so happy when they attended the party and watched the karaoke performance.

* Project Management Unit in Hanoi Office:

This is the place to hold the earliest March 8^th in SAIGONTEL GROUP. On this occasion, the men employees held a meeting to congratulate, exchange and give gifts to female employees. On the occasion of International Women's Day on March 8^th, SAIGONTEL organized a workshop for SAIGONTEL’s female staffs and its affiliates with the theme "Change With Heart". Here, female staffs are advised on how to take care of their skin and how to apply makeup with the hope that each woman will know how to beautify and take care of herself to become more beautiful every day after the program. In addition, female staffs also participated in the online contest "Change with Heart" to raise funds for cancer treatment woman at Cancer Hospital (HCMC) and K Hospital (Hanoi).

In addition, on March 8^th, male staffs also showed their affection for women by organizing a cozy party, giving them flowers and meaningful gifts.

In December 2021, all SAIGONTEL staffs received annual health check-ups to help diagnose potential diseases early and improve quality of life. This is one of the company's welfare regimes to show concern for employees.

On December 5^th , all employees working at Ho Chi Minh Office were conducted a health check.

On December 18^th , 73 employees of Bac Ninh Branch were also checked.

On December 25^th, 64 staffs of Project Management Board, Hanoi Office and SGTLand company received periodical health check-ups.

Through the examination, each staff member will have more information about their health status as well as make adjustments in nutrition and physical training.

 SAIGONTEL STAFFS OF  HO CHI MINH OFFICE COMPLETED THE COURSE "PROFESSIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT -PMP"

On December 19, 2020, SAIGONTEL staffs in Ho Chi Minh Office completed the "Professional Project Management - PMP" Course organized by Robusta Technology and Training Company.

The course lasted about 2.5 months, from October 3^rd to December 19^th , it attracted many SAIGONTEL staffs to study. With the goal of enhancing skills and knowledge for staffs, the course "Professional Project Management - PMP" has helped staffs to equip themselves with knowledge about planning, organizing, managing and supervising the development of projects, as well as managing their own work effectively. This is a practical course, serving the work of SAIGONTEL staff in the new period. At the same time, it shows the interest of SAIGONTEL's Management Board in improving the qualifications and training of staffs.
