On October 28^th , 2019, the Kien Tuong town People's Committee organized a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Thien Ho Duong High School funded by former President Truong Tan Sang. In the ceremony, there were attendance of Former President Truong Tan Sang, Chairman of Long An People's Committee Tran Van Can, Vice Chairman of Long An People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa, representatives of provincial departments, local leaders and Mr. Dang Thanh Tam (Chairman of Saigon Invest Group, Chairman of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation) together with the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation.

Former President - Truong Tan Sang emphasized that the school will help to achieve higher results in teaching and learning

Thien Ho Duong High School was built in Quarter 5, Ward 2, Kien Tuong town with the scale of 22 classes, 12 function rooms, storage room, library, 04 subject rooms, multi-functional blocks and adjacent works. Total investment capital is 130.9 billion VND. In particular, the construction item with a total cost of about 90 billion dong is sponsored by KinhBac City Development Holding Corporation through the advocacy of former President Truong Tan Sang. The design consultancy unit is KinhBac City Development Holding Corporation.

Responding to the sponsorship campaign of Former President - Truong Tan Sang, Mr. Dang Thanh Tam also expressed his opinion in the ceremony: KinhBac City Development Holding Corporation in addition to focusing on development investment in the Industrial Park field, maintaining the achievement of being the leading and only Enterprise for 18 consecutive years (since 2000) to receive the Government's Excellence Emulation Flag in the development of industrial zones and attracting foreign investment into Vietnam (accounting for 10-15%), the Board of Directors also pays special attention to social welfare activities, serving the interests of the community. Through sponsoring the construction of Thien Ho Duong High School, KinhBac City Development Holding Corporation wishes to support and contribute to the development of education and training of high-quality human resources to help Long An province developing faster in the future.

Speaking at the ceremony, former State President - Truong Tan Sang emphasized that the school will help teaching and learning more effectively, contributing to training high human resources in the new era. In addition, the former President wished that Kien Tuong town would pay more attention to the education and training of the country's future generation as well as wished the students to try their best to study well meeting the expectations of parents, teachers and society.

It is expected that after completing and putting into use, Thien Ho Duong High School will open the year 2020-2021 and it is  expected to receive and train  about 700 high school students in Kien Tuong town and neighboring districts.  This is the first high school in the town that has all the classrooms, practice rooms, auxiliary offices according to national standards.
