Dear the Board of Directors

Da Nang is one of the cities heavily affected by the pandemic. Overcoming many obstacles, Bau Tram social housing project implemented by SGU continues to carry out and it is expected to be topped out at the end of this year.

It is not only enough legal procedures to implement the project, on June, 17th, 2021 Da Nang Department of Construction approved selling price for all 1.549 apartments in phase 1 including 4 blocks of the project.

After the process of research and negotiation: Today, the Board of Directors officially signed agreement with partner to sell all 274 commercial apartments with the value of VND 283.7 billion. The Board of Directors of SGU will continue to sell remaining 1.275 apartments at the end of this year, promising to bring great revenue for the company.

Not only that, it is expected that in early September, the Company will continue to break ground and deploy phase 2 with 6 blocks, total number of 1.809 apartments and will open for sell in the early next year. Bringing revenue and stable jobs in the following years.

SGU aims and determines to complete the handover and put into use the first 1.549 apartments in early August, 2022.
