On the afternoon of May 25, at Da Nang Hi-Tech Park, the groundbreaking ceremony of Saigontel Hi-tech Factory for rent in Da Nang took place at Da Nang Hi-Tech Park - phase 1 (Lot A23, Street 10, Da Nang Hi-tech Park). The Saigontel High-tech Factory project was promoted and started construction in the period when Da Nang city responded to the policy of continuing to promote foreign investment attraction, it identified the major of strongly developing high-tech industry and technology information technology which Da Nang Hi-tech Park was a main center.

It is known that the project is expected to be completed and put into operation soon to provide ready-built service workshop solutions which gave quality standards for high-tech enterprises and targeted enterprises/ corporations in the high-tech fields encouraged to invest under Decree No. 99/2003/ND-CP or on the list of high-tech prioritized development in Decision No. 49/2010/QD-TTg (typically such as Information technology, communication, and computer software; Biotechnology for agriculture, fisheries, and health; Microelectronics, optoelectronics, and automation technology; New materials technology, nanotechnology; Environmental technology, new energy technology; Some other special technologies...); Recommended investment rate: 10 - 15 million USD/m2.

Factories were invested in production in Da Nang hi-tech park which got special offers such as: Applying the tax rate of 10% for 15 years (instead of 20% like normal industrial parks); Tax exemption for 04 years and a reduction of 50% of tax payable for the next 9 years; For investment projects of VND 3,000 billion or more, the tax rate of 10% is applied for 30 years.

Up to now, Da Nang Hi-tech Park with a total area of 1,128ha has reached an overall occupancy rate of 42.31%; the production subdivision fills with 58.17% with a total of 27 projects that have been granted investment registration certificates.
