In the morning of May 6^th , 2021, there is a meeting took place at the Headquarters of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee for the socialization and planning implementation of Hai Duong Province for the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

On the side of Hai Duong province's leaders, the meeting was attended by Mr. Nguyen Duong Thai - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as well as Chairman of the meeting, Vice Chairman of Hai Duong People's Committee, Directors of Departments: Planning and Investment, Finance, Construction, Natural Resources and Environment, Transport, Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Rural Development, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Provincial Military Command, Provincial Industrial Park Management Board; Provincial People's Committee’s Office Leaders.

On the side of SAIGONTEL, the meeting was attended by Ms. Nguyen Cam Phuong - General Director of the company and representatives of the Board of Directors, heads of departments o of the company and Mr. Bui Dao Thai Truong - Deputy General Director of Roland Berger in Southeast Asia region.

Overview of the meeting between SAIGONTEL, Roland Berger and leaders of Hai Duong province 

Leaders of Hai Duong People's Committee held this meeting with the aim of complying with the working regulations of the Provincial People's Committee to consider the Department of Planning and Investment’s proposal on the socialization implementation, budget sponsor “Planning of Hai Duong province for the period of 2021-2030, vision to 2050”.

Accordingly, the Hai Duong Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, is designed to maximize its own potentials and outstanding strengths to develop Hai Duong into a modern industry, large-scale economy with aiming to become province under the central government.

According to the plan, Hai Duong will be restructured its economy towards green growth and digital transformation; innovation promotion, application of scientific and technological advances, mobilization and effectively use of all resources. Hai Duong will take on the role of a focal point for socio-economic exchanges between the Red River Delta area, the Hanoi Capital area, the Northern key economic area, the Northeast, the Northern coastal region and the whole country.
