SAIGONTEL presented in Hoa Binh City to give 300 charity gifts to disadvantaged people in the area.

In the morning of January 27^th , in the program "Tet of Love – Tan Suu 2021", SAIGONTEL and the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha cooperated with the Sharing charity group to prepare a charity gift giving ceremony for people in Hoa Binh City.

It is known that each gift set includes: rice, instant noodles, pillows and blankets with a total value of 500 thousand VND/ gift. It is known that SAIGONTEL is one of the businesses that often accompany charity programs organized by the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha.

In the afternoon of January 27^th , SAIGONTEL implemented "Tet of Love – Tan Suu 2021" program to give a total of 700 gifts, each 500,000 VND to people in Hung Yen province.

Each gift is included with rice, necessities and cash. The total value of the gifts is up to 700 million VND. These gifts will share the love for people in the coming New Year.

Previously, SAIGONTEL also presented 300 gifts in Hoa Binh and 300 gifts in Son La!

In the morning of January 26^th, the charity program "Tet of Love – Tan Suu 2021" by Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in conjunction with the Sharing charity group and enterprises and sponsors was organized in Son La province. SAIGONTEL is one of the enterprises attended this charity program.

To bring joys and smiles to people in difficult circumstances in the area, the program organizers gave a total of 300 gifts which is worth of 500,000 VND/ gift. The total gifts value is 150 million VND. Each gift includes rice, instant noodles and some necessities.

Recently, the charity group of SAIGONTEL brought the happy Tet to Hoa Khanh Dong commune, Hoa Khanh Nam commune in Duc Hoa district, Long An province.

The gift giving ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Ut - Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary, Chairman of Long An People's Committee. On the side of SAIGONTEL, there were Ms. Nguyen Cam Phuong - General Director, Mr. Phan Van Giac - Chief Representative of Ho Chi Minh City Office and some employees of the company.

200 Tet gifts is worth of 500,000 VND in cash and 550 thousand VND in kind. These gifts are delivered to people in difficult circumstances, policy families in Hoa Khanh Dong commune, Hoa Khanh Nam commune, Long An province as a word of encouragement and sharing full of humanity.

Speaking at the ceremony of giving gifts, the representative of Hoa Khanh Dong commune, Hoa Khanh Nam commune also thanked SAIGONTEL for the company's attention to the people’s lives. Many people were present in the hall from very early to receive Tet gifts which is the heart of SAIGONTEL’s Staffs.

It is known that the charity trip in 2 communes is one of SAIGONTEL's series of charity activities in Long An province in the late 2020 and early 2021.

To continue the SAIGONTEL's charity activities to support people in the Central region affected by storms and floods, on the morning of October 22^nd , a charity group coordinated by SAIGONTEL and other units arrived in Phu Thuong commune, Phu Vang district, Thua Thien Hue province.

The program is organized by SAIGONTEL in association with the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha and the Sharing Charity Group.

At Phu Thuong Commune People's Committee, SAIGONTEL delegation presented 500 gifts to people who were affected by storms and floods: losing their homes, losing their earnings. Each gift includes: 1 million VND in cash, 20kg of rice and 1 set of blankets.

These are very practical and meaningful gifts for people in Thua Thien Hue province, helping them get more stronger to face with difficulties.

During the year-end charity trip in Long An province, SAIGONTEL continued to share their concern for the people of Kien Tuong town through meaningful Tet gifts.

With the spirit of enthusiasm and creativity in display, stall design and product selection, SAIGONTEL got the highest award of the program: Gold Award - one of the third best sales teams.

Spring is always the most interested season of the year that is an opportunity to spread love and share among people. Therefore, every spring, we often see many charity groups, many sponsors who are very actively spreading the spirit of kindness. Spring is also the season of beginnings, wishes and hopes for the whole year. However, not everyone can afford to have a warm and prosperous spring. From this thought, this year, SAIGONTEL will organize an online sale of Tet items to raise funds to support the Disadvantaged people.

Tet is not only an occasion for reunion, Tet is not only the time when sky and earth is in harmony but Tet is also an opportunity for people to get closer to others by spreading love.

In the atmosphere of Tet holidays, many employees of the company joined in the series of activities "Doing good things - Do not be afraid of hard work" launched by the Communication Department. It is the activity of giving 141 gifts to those who are struggling to make a living outside of life. The Tet gifts filled with love attaching the SAIGONTEL logo were delivered to the right people, in the right circumstances.

The Tet gifts with full of rice, cooking oil, instant noodles, ginger jam, soy sauce, confectionery, sausages have helped many poor persons have happy Tet.

During the charity trip, Ms. Thach Thi Bich Hanh (working at ICT Tower) shared her emotions when she came to give gifts to a lottery ticket seller who was blind and paralyzed in both legs. When lottery ticket saleswoman received the gift from SAIGONTEL, she hold and embraced it tightly. She said: "Oh my god, why are there so many..."

Some other staff members also shared emotional sentences: "I am very grateful to you" "The gifts are so many and so heavy, thank you very much..."

It can be said that only when people know how to love others, then, spring is really coming.

On October 16^th , 2018, at Ban Niu (Thuong Trach Commune, Bo Trach District - Quang Binh Province), Mr. Phan Van Giac - Chief Representative of SAIGONTEL’s Hochiminh Office and also a representative of SAIGONTEL sponsor was present to accompany with Miss Tran Tieu Vy and the organizers of Golden Lotus in the implementation of the charity project "Building Dream" for people in Ban Niu.

Ban Niu with 31 households, 211 peole is 100% poor households with no electricity to the national grid, no roads, no schools, especially no clean water for daily life. All daily activities such as bathing, washing and eating are done with water from Ca Roong stream which does not guarantee hygiene and water quality.

With this charity project, SAIGONTEL will be a companion with the Golden Lotus Organizing Board to dig wells, build clean water treatment systems, filter water, store water, bring clean water to ethnic minorities and wells. Clean water is also a lifelong dream of the people of Ban Niu, Quang Binh province.

In addition, SAIGONTEL also continued to build a dream for a Thanh Hoa family when there Ms.P - a victim of Agent Orange is currently being cared for at the invalids nursing center, despite a difficult life but she still nurtures dreams about the good life.

Besides, SAIGONTEL’s representative had a direct meeting with Miss Tran Tieu Vy at SAIGONTEL Office, 12 Pham Dinh Toai, Ho Chi Minh City.

At the meeting, SAIGONTEL side also gave some positive comments about the project implemented by Miss Tran Tieu Vy. The project is being accelerated to complete in time for the new Miss World to bring for competition at the big Miss World 2018.
