With the goal of sharing with the community, enhancing the spirit of "mutual love", sharing and helping people with difficult circumstances in society, the Board of Directors decided to organize and launch Charity program named " Ghost Festival - Pray for Peace " at all 3 headquarters & branches of the company: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Bac Ninh. Recently, at the Cultural Center of Son Tra District, Da Nang City, SAIGONTEL presented 200 meaningful Tet presents to poor households in the city.

Accordingly, presents were given to poor households of 4 wards: An Hai Dong, An Hai Tay, An Hai Bac and Man Thai wards; presented to members of the Veterans Association, members of the Farmers' Union and members of the Blind Association with difficult circumstances in Da Nang city.

These are practical presents for people in difficult circumstances, contributing to a warm and loving spring.

In the morning of February 2^nd, 2021, SAIGONTEL coordinated with Sharing Charity Group of Ms. Mai Thi Hanh - wife of Former State President Truong Tan Sang and Phung Loc Pagoda (Khuong Dinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi) to organize the distribution New Year gifts for many households.

The gift distribution is within the framework of the program "Spring of Love – Tet Tan Suu 2021" by the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Sharing Charity Group, SAIGONTEL and the Fatherland Front Committee of Khuong Dinh Ward.

In the morning of January 27^th , in the program "Tet of Love – Tan Suu 2021", SAIGONTEL and the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha cooperated with the Sharing charity group to prepare a charity gift giving ceremony for people in Hoa Binh City.

To bring joys and smiles to people in difficult circumstances in the area, the program organizers gave a total of 300 gifts which is worth of 500,000 VND/ gift. The total gifts value is 150 million VND. Each gift includes rice, instant noodles and some necessities.

Recently, the charity group of SAIGONTEL brought the happy Tet to Hoa Khanh Dong commune, Hoa Khanh Nam commune in Duc Hoa district, Long An province.

The gift giving ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Ut - Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary, Chairman of Long An People's Committee. On the side of SAIGONTEL, there were Ms. Nguyen Cam Phuong - General Director, Mr. Phan Van Giac - Chief Representative of Ho Chi Minh City Office and some employees of the company.

200 Tet gifts is worth of 500,000 VND in cash and 550 thousand VND in kind. These gifts are delivered to people in difficult circumstances, policy families in Hoa Khanh Dong commune, Hoa Khanh Nam commune, Long An province as a word of encouragement and sharing full of humanity.

It is known that the charity trip in 2 communes is one of SAIGONTEL's series of charity activities in Long An province in the late 2020 and early 2021.

To continue the SAIGONTEL's charity activities to support people in the Central region affected by storms and floods, on the morning of October 22^nd , a charity group coordinated by SAIGONTEL and other units arrived in Phu Thuong commune, Phu Vang district, Thua Thien Hue province.

The program is organized by SAIGONTEL in association with the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha and the Sharing Charity Group.

At Phu Thuong Commune People's Committee, SAIGONTEL delegation presented 500 gifts to people who were affected by storms and floods: losing their homes, losing their earnings. Each gift includes: 1 million VND in cash, 20kg of rice and 1 set of blankets.

With the spirit of enthusiasm and creativity in display, stall design and product selection, SAIGONTEL got the highest award of the program: Gold Award - one of the third best sales teams.
