The program "Protect with Heart - Protect your health with your heart" is organized by Saigon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (SAIGONTEL) for staffs in 3 days March 29^th & April 5^th and 6^th ,2019 with the aim of continuing “With Heart” campaign, helping people gain more knowledge about protecting their own health and their families' health, changing their scientific and reasonable lifestyle to prevent dangerous diseases caused by lifestyle and eating habits.

After winning cancer by combining the treatment methods of the MD Institute - USA and the macrobiotic diet - qigong - meditation, Ms. Tam Hanh is a Vietnamese speaker living in the US - a breast cancer patient. She overcame and completely cured within 10 years. She spent time going to each SAIGONTEL office in HCM, Hanoi and Bac Ninh branch to share healthy eating - living - exercising methods to prevent and support the K treatment through her experience and the materials collected from doctors, research works of medical professors in the past 10 years.

The program has received enthusiastic attention from the company's staffs. Hopefully the sharing of the speaker will become useful common knowledge for everyone.
