HR Department continues to monitor hiring process in order to qualify candidates.
EVALUATION AND SELECTION  
Qualify employee after finish trial period. There are two cases:
- Fail: Terminating or extending the probationary period (if the employee can be trained).
- Pass: Next step

CONTRACTING

Job offer and signature of the employment contract.
